Institution FAQs

If you’d like to begin the process of accepting PTE at your organization or institution, complete our short form.

Alternatively, if you’d like to learn more about any of the PTE tests, do get in touch with our client relations team for more information.

The Score Report Code (SRC) is a reference number which can be used to verify a test taker’s PTE scores on the Score Report Website.

The Score Report Code is a 10-character code. It may contain both letters and number or just numbers and can be found at the top of the test taker’s score report (if the test taker provides you with their score report).

The advantage to using the test taker’s Score Report Code to locate their score is that you do not have to wait for them to allocate their score to your institution or organization.

We introduced the SRC in response to feedback from institutions who prefer to verify candidate scores this way rather than wait for test takers to electronically assign their scores through our test registration website.

Please ensure that you are currently accessing the SRW by signing in at link www.srw.pteacademic.com.

You can access any score reports for up to three years with the Score Report Code (SRC). You will need to request the SRC from the applicant, as the code is printed on their score report. The applicant does not have to assign their report to you.

Alternatively, you can use the Registration ID, but you will need to ask the applicant to assign their scores to you. The Registration ID is a 9-digit code (using numbers only) and can be found underneath the test taker’s name on the test taker’s score report. To find a test taker’s report using the Registration ID, the test taker must have assigned their score to your institution.

For more information, please download our SRW User Guide, which will help you navigate the site and make best use of the institution and user management functions.

Please ensure that you are currently accessing the SRW by signing in at link www.srw.pteacademic.com.

There are two roles within the Score Reports Website: Site Administrator and Score Report User.

Site Administrators can manage and edit institutional and user details on the SRW; please contact your Site Administrator with the details of the user and they should be able to assist you.

Score Report Users can only view the institution or organization's profile and search for score reports.

Have you verified your account? If not, please reach out to your Site Administrator to resend your account activation email.

If you have successfully signed in to SRW before and forgot your password, you can request a password reset via the home login page.
