[1] The Scotiabank $100 Reward Offer (the "Offer") applies only to select members or customers who have received an email directly from Pearson inviting them to participate in the Offer (each an "Eligible Participant").
Eligibility:
To qualify, the Eligible Participant must be the age of majority in their Canadian jurisdiction of residence, be an international student, a foreign worker on a work permit or a permanent resident and not be an employee of The Bank of Nova Scotia or its affiliates.
The Eligible Participant must complete the following actions ("All Actions"):
Successfully complete a PTE Academic or PTE Core test on or after the date of launch March 2, 2026).
Consent to receive marketing communications from Pearson (Note this is necessary so that Pearson can contact Eligible Participant to register for the Offer. Eligible Participant may unsubscribe at any time thereafter if they no longer want to receive promotional communications from Pearson).
Register for the Offer using the unique link sent in the email from news@hello.pearsonpte.com.
After successfully registering, Eligible Participant will receive a unique offer code, followed by an email from ARM Marketing Inc. (the "Fulfilment Agency") on behalf of Scotiabank containing a unique code (the "Offer Code"). The Offer Code will only be valid for 60 days.
Schedule and complete a financial review and goals meeting at a Scotiabank branch with a Scotiabank Advisor no later than 60 days of receiving the Offer Code.
Provide the Scotiabank Financial Advisor with the unique Offer Code provided in the registration confirmation email from Step 4.
Upon successfully completing All Actions, the Eligible Participant will receive an email from the Fulfilment Agency with instructions on how to redeem their $100 e-gift card. The Eligible Participant has 30 days from the date of the reward redemption email to redeem their e-gift card by visiting the e-gift card redemption website at the unique link provided in the email. After 30 days, this unique link will expire and will no longer be accessible. Once the Eligible Participant redeems the e-gift card, the Eligible Participant will receive another email within approximately 5 business days with a downloadable version of their selected e-gift card.
The e-gift card must be downloaded within 30 days, or it will expire. Once downloaded, e-gift cards do not expire. E-promo cards (The Ultimate Dining) expire 90 days from day of download. In those cases, in which the Eligible Participant has a unique link or downloadable e-gift card that has expired, the Eligible Participant may request a new link at Fulfilment Agency’s discretion at partner@mygift.scotiabank.com. All additional terms and conditions relating to the use of the e-gift card, as published or conveyed by the e-gift card issuer will continue to apply to such use of e-gift card by the Eligible Participants.
Limitations:
An Eligible Participant’s assigned Offer Code is unique to them and is not transferable and may not be sold or mass distributed. Once the Eligible Participant’s unique Offer Code has been submitted, it can't be reversed or cancelled. Each Eligible Participant may only use the Offer Code once and there is a limit of one (1) Offer per Eligible Participant regardless of the number of eligible tests taken. This Offer may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Scotiabank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any of the contents of any brochure, promotional materials or statements, or any other communication regarding this Offer, whether written or oral from Scotiabank, except where otherwise stated.
Scotiabank reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.
Scotiabank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Offer for any person it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Offer or otherwise becomes ineligible. E-gift cards earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be null and void and repayment may be requested by Scotiabank. Neither Scotiabank nor Pearson shall be liable in case the e-gift card is lost, destroyed or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability:
The Offer is being provided on "as is" basis without any warranties or conditions, whether express implied. Neither Scotiabank nor Pearson make any warranties or conditions, express or implied, with respect to e-gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a e-gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the replacement of such e-gift card. To the extent permitted by law, neither Scotiabank nor Pearson will be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or related to your participation or acceptance of the Offer. If applicable law does not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
By accepting this Offer, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice offered by us with respect to this Offer is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.

i) Value of up to $583.30 is an annual potential value for the first year based on the following benefits and savings available to StartRight™ clients as of November 1, 2025:
