We produce a number of documents designed to support PLT Test Centers administering PTE General (formerly known as London Tests of English) and PTE Young Learners (formerly known as London Tests of English for Children). We send the latest versions of these documents to Test Centers before each test session and they are also available for download using the links below.

PTE General Test Taker Performance Review Form (Sample) PTE Young Learners Test Taker Performance Review Form (Sample)	The 'Test Taker Performance Report' gives the test taker an itemized skills-based breakdown of their provisional scores.

2. Documents emailed to Test Centers before a test

The following documents are emailed to Test Centers once they have submitted test takers at a time nearer to the test session.
