You may only purchase the same test once. If you purchase the same test product using the same Pearson account you will see your previously submitted answers and scores and will not be able to re-take the same test. If you would like to purchase the same product again please set up a different Pearson account.
Your scores
- Your scores from the scored practice test may be lower than expected if the environment where you took the test is noisy, your microphone is of poor quality, you do not speak clearly or you do not speak in English or your answers are longer/shorter than required for the question
- Your scores for your written work may also be lower than expected if you use non-English words or characters or do not answer the specific item
- Scores for the scored practice test are typically available on the same day you submit your answers for scoring. However, please leave a maximum of three days for the return of your scores. If you have not received your scores after three days please contact 247pearsoned.custhelp.com
- Pearson will not be responsible if your computer does not meet the minimum technical specifications
- Remember, the scored practice test can provide a good indication of the score you are likely to get if you took the actual test. However there is no guarantee that your scores will be the same in the actual test.
- The Practice Tests are the copyright of Edexcel Ltd, a Pearson company. You are not allowed to disclose, publish, reproduce, or transmit these tests, in whole or in part, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without permission from Pearson.
Refund policy
- If you have taken a scored practice test and have not had scores returned after three days from submission of your answers you will be offered a retest or a refund
- You have the right to change your mind on the product purchase, however refunds will not be provided if the products have been used
- The refund policy for returned goods is valid for 15 days from point of sale.
